10 months young!

I can't believe that my little Peanut is 10 months old today.  Here he is this morning in his new "big boy" jammies from Gammie.
Before he was born I worried that the big sliding glass door in his nursery would be a problem.  I was so wrong!  Best put a new lock on, got some custom black out shades, and we were in business.  The sunshine business that is:
and shadows...
and easy access to the outdoors for fun in the grass....

The bottom of the dog kennel and an old storage tub filled with water, bubbles, and a few odds and ends is lots of fun!

Peanut loved splashing and playing and "talking" to the passing cars. He is quite assertive.

We also made time for the Easter Bunny.  He can be a little frightening....

But not so much when you're with your Mommy. Smile.

Or your Daddy...

And then there is the business of collecting eggs:
Here we are at a community hunt at the baseball field.  But we didn't stop there.  We found more eggs in Gammies yard!
Finally!  Some eggs with age appropriate treats!  Gotta love those Cheerios.

And some "Bunny Bowling" from Peanut's Texas Grandma:

Finally after all that excitement it was time to relax and watch some golf with Pappa.  Pappa went to the Masters this year and Peanut got an official "Green Jacket" outfit.  Thank you Pappa!
Hope your Easter was filled with joy.

Big Ears

We are gearing up for Easter now and just couldn't wait to try out some of the fun things we've acquired to celebrate the holiday:

"Ok, I heard a rumor... there is supposed to be stuff inside these eggs!"
"My mom thinks these are cute and match my blue eyes...I will wear them for her because she is so excited."

What a beautiful day!  This bunny needs to get outside!
"This place is like Fort Knox"

" Do I have to be included in EVERYTHING?  I'd better get a treat for this"

More Easter fun and photos next week. We did do other things besides play dress up...like tug o' war:
                                                           Getting into small spaces:

Enjoying being outside with Daddy

Trying out crayons for the first time....don't ask.  Smile.

And making our first year "butt bunny" to hang on the fridge.

And just being well, plain darn cute:

Have a great week and hope the bunny hops by your house!
