Christmas Photos

Peanut decided this year that he did not want to take a picture with Santa.  That is perfectly ok with me.  We just got out some lights and a blanket and had our own little holiday photo session one night at home.  I like the way they turned out and most importantly we had fun.  No long lines to wait in, fees to pay, crying kids, or scary guys in weird suits.  We had the Christmas tunes playing and Mommy craft services provided a spread of fruit and cereal for model and photographer.  The photographer was in her jammies and the model wasn't wearing shoes, but again, that's the beauty of an at-home photo session.  So here are Peanut's official, unprofessional,, unSanta'd, Christmas portraits:
 Fun on the set. Smile.

Love this one because it looks like he might be hiding a mishievious smile!

More fun on the set. More Smiles.
The last two are Best's favorites.

 Merry Christmas.
Hope you are doing things that make you happy!

Snow

We got some snow this weekend...
Peanut loves to watch the snow plow.  They had a big job to do at the store next door.  I love living next door to the store and so does Peanut.  A little action  to watch from the window always makes things interesting.

 In other holiday news...
The countdown is on!  Peanut is having fun with his advent calendar this year, collecting letters to put on the fridge.

He takes such good care of his baby.  I think maybe Santa will have a present for baby too!
Maybe "Biba" needs a snack too?
Fun times at McDonalds. Always the perfect stop after story time.

I call this next one "Hiding from Ronald".  He showed up (6 foot tall, floppy shoed, and red wigged)and Peanut about had a heart attack.  He was very nice and just waved and went about his way.  Hopefully his next stop included children who were happy to see him.
Yesterday Peanut had a visitor when he woke up from his nap!
Who are you waving to Peanut?

Hope you have a happy surprise this week too.
Have a great one friends and family!
